Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the type of booking and timing of cancellation. Generally, cancellations made within the allowed time frame (e.g., 48–72 hours before check-in) may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made closer to the check-in date or on the same day may result in no refund.
In case of eligible refunds, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Transaction or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs unless otherwise agreed by the management.
