Terms & Conditions

By booking and staying at our property, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Check-in time is from 1:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present valid government-issued ID proof (aadhar card / driving licence) at the time of check-in. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who do not provide proper identification.

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as applicable. Guests are expected to maintain decorum during their stay and avoid any activities that may disturb other guests or violate local laws. The property shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Any damage caused to property assets by guests will be charged accordingly.

In case of a no-show (failure to check-in on the booking date without prior notice), the full booking amount may be charged. The management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
